The Culinary Institute Alain & Marie LeNotre (CIAML) is a private school located in the very festive and international city of Houston, Texas. The CIAML provides the highest level of faculty, curriculum, recipes and ingredients for its chef-students, helping them to learn a maximum number of recipes and feats of skill in a minimum amount of time.

CIAML occupies a 28,000 square feet in a freestanding building, complete with a student dining area, espresso bar , student lounge, classroom, cuisine and pastry labs, Learning Resource Center (LRC) and auditorium for demonstrations, graduations, conferences and special events.
